Year 1 learnt about games from their parents’ and grandparents’ times as children in the best possible way, by playing them! We had a fabulous afternoon playing and learning at the same time. We had so many activities to choose from. There were skittles, paper dolls, knuckle bones, hula hoops, checkers, blocks, cars, darts (the magnetic kid-safe type), elastics, skipping ropes, Connect 4, Scrabble, marbles, quoits, puppets on strings and felt boards. 

We were delighted to be joined by Mrs Mitchell, Mr Ford, Mrs Leary, Pastor Josh and Pastor Joc at different times. Mrs Manthey worked the skipping rope hard too! Thanks Team, for the wonderful support we enjoyed. What Wondrous Workers!
