Step 1: Submission of Enrolment Application

A completed Enrolment Application (one per student) is to be submitted to the College Registrar together with a $50 Application Fee per student. This fee is non-refundable and unfortunately does not guarantee a place at the College.

Click here to view and download relevant application documents and information.

Step 2: Supporting Documentation Required

Each enrolment application is to be supported by all relevant documentation (where applicable):

  • A photocopy of birth certificate.
  • Copies of recent school reports for the previous two years.
  • Copies of Years 3, 5, 7 and 9 Naplan results.
  • Other supporting documentation requested within the application.

The enrolment process cannot continue until the above documents are provided.

Step 3: Acknowledgement of Application.

After we have received your Enrolment Application and Application Fee, a letter of acknowledgement and receipt of payment will be sent to you.  You will be advised if there are any waiting pools that may affect you.  As waiting pools are being experienced across many year levels, early submission of the Enrolment Application is strongly encouraged.

Step 4: Enrolment Interview

An enrolment interview will be scheduled with the appropriate Head of School for current year level entry. Interviews for enrolling in future years, including Prep, commence in March/April of the previous year that the enrolment is required. Please note that an interview does not guarantee a place at the College.

Step 5: Letter of Offer and Confirmation of Placement

All offers are made in writing and this will be deemed to be accepted once a signed acceptance and confirmation family bond payment is received by the College. This acceptance sets out the conditions and expectations of the parties within the Enrolment Contract. A letter of offer is mailed out as soon as practical after the enrolment interview.

APPLICATIONS HAVE NOW CLOSED FOR YEAR 6 AND YEAR 7 IN 2021

Waiting Pools

If enrolment cannot be offered at the time of application, an applicant’s name will be placed in a waiting pool for the requested year of entry. If the request can't be fulfilled for that year the application will be automatically rolled to the next year.

Applications on the waiting pool are valid for three years.

Priority of admission to the College is based on the following considerations:

  • Date of receipt of Enrolment Application and Application Fee
  • Whether the child has siblings currently enrolled at the College
  • Whether the applicant is a child of a current College staff member
  • The social and academic balance of the existing year level cohort at point of entry.

Please note that all admissions to the College are at the sole discretion of the Principal.

As places at the College are in high demand, we encourage families to apply for enrolment as early as possible and we accept applications from birth.

Submit an Application

Download Application Form
Download Adobe Reader

It is important that you follow the below steps when completing an ‘Enrolment Application’ form:

  1. Download the Enrolment Application Form using the button above.
  2. After downloading the above form, our preferred method is that it is opened and completed in Adobe (rather than in a browser*). This will allow you to submit the form to us electronically once completed (you will then not need to print and deliver your application to us).
If you do not have Adobe Reader or Acrobat, you can download a free copy by clicking the button above. If you have Adobe installed and the Enrolment Application form still opens in a browser window, you can right-click on the downloaded file name and choose to ‘Open With’: Adobe Reader or Adobe Acrobat.

*Please note that if you open the application form in your browser then the electronic submit button at the bottom of the form will NOT be clickable and you will then need to print the form and mail it to us.

In all cases, early submission of the Enrolment Application is recommended due to waiting pools in some year levels.
