Policy, Brochure and Requirements
Our Uniform Shop stocks all items which form the Glasshouse Christian College uniform. You can find the Uniform Shop located behind Administration and the Junior playground in U Block. The shop is open throughout each school term and NO booking is required during Terms 1 – 3, unless you are a new family and then bookings are required all year round so we can set time aside for you. Extended hours are offered during each school holidays (for new student bookings) as well as during peak periods such as Term 4 each year and during the January school holidays (for all current and new families).
Bookings are essential during each school holiday period and during Term 4 every year. See below for all the details on how to make a booking during Term 4 and January each year.

Uniform Shop Bookings
Terms 1, 2 and 3
You are welcome to drop into the Shop anytime during our opening hours during these terms. Bookings are NOT required during Terms 1, 2 and 3 (and the start of Term 4). The booking calendar opens up later in Term 4 when an email is sent out advising families.
School Holidays (other than Dec/Jan)
The Uniform Shop is closed except for new families who require uniforms for the start of a new term, please email the shop to arrange a booking: [email protected].
Term 4 and Dec/Jan Holidays
Every year in Term 4, our Booking Calendar opens up, ready for our peak season which commences from the middle of Term 4 through to the start of school in January. Please note that bookings are required for uniform purchases during this peak season. If you only require a couple of items during the period stated above and your child does not need to try them on in our shop, then you may drop in without a booking.
In order to make a booking: Go to: http://www.carebookings.com.au/code. Enter the 2023/2024 Booking Code: AMHHB and click GO. Each time slot in the calendar will accept two student bookings.
A confirmation email will not be sent until the day before, however once you have selected your date/time and made your booking, you can click on the link at the top of the booking calendar “List/email/print bookings” then click EMAIL and a copy of your booking time will be emailed to you.
You can return to the Care Bookings calendar at any time to modify your date or time. If you are unable to attend your booking please ensure you let the Uniform Shop know via email or by returning to the calendar to cancel your booking so the slot can be given to another family.
Ordering
For your convenience, you can place an online order through Flexischools using this link: http://www.flexischools.com.au. The items will then be packaged and delivered to your child’s classroom (Primary students) and to Main Admin for collection (Secondary students) with their name clearly marked on the package.
Returns
Uniforms can be returned for a credit note, or a change in item/size, as long as the item has not been worn, washed or labelled. Alternatively, refunds can be given but these are processed through the College Business Manager and approx. seven (7) working days need to be allowed.
Payment Facilities
Cheques are acceptable and should be made payable to Glasshouse Christian College. Visa, MasterCard and Eftpos facilities are also available for your convenience.
