This year Primary students were invited to create a Curious Creature to celebrate the 2020 Book Week theme. We received numerous entries and fantastic combinations of animals, making the task of judging super difficult for illustrator Paul O’Sullivan. He commented on the number and quality of the entries and we commend everyone who participated in the competition. Congratulations to the following worthy winners…

Paul asked to give an honourable mention to Phoenix Laing in Year 1 for his amazing Salt Water Tikuna entry and shared that Chloe Roulston’s Year 6 entry ‘Snake of the Future’ was the overall best Primary piece!
