On Wednesday 22 March, Glasshouse Christian College will be participating in the annual UniSc Science and Engineering Challenge at the University of the Sunshine Coast.

The Science and Engineering Challenge is a national program that aims to get students excited about careers in Science and Engineering. It is an inter-school competition where students participate in a series of activities related to real-world applications. Students will participate in various activities such as: building a mechanical hand; designing a building to withstand an earthquake; building a moon buggy; designing a telecommunications network; and building a bridge to hold a heavy train.

There are still numerous places left for Year 9 students to represent the College on the day. If you are interested in attending, please email Mr Doolan ASAP, as available places are quickly going. Transport will be provided by the College.
