Year 6 students kicked off the new year with a multitude of fun and thought-provoking activities as they strengthened old bonds and established new friendships and connections. This year we are delighted to welcome Mrs Heidi Fraser to the teaching team in Year 6.

So far each class has enjoyed a trip out to Mount Ngungun and spent some time taking in God’s amazing creation and our breathtaking natural surroundings. It was also a wonderful opportunity for students to get to know Mr Ford and the Primary Pastors who joined us for the trip.

During the week students were encouraged to reflect on their hopes, dreams and aspirations for 2020. We have started exploring the College Bible verse for 2020 all about the Fruit of the Spirit and the students enjoyed their fruit art activity. It certainly has been a wonderful way for the teachers to get to know the students better. Here are just a few photos of the team games and construction challenges enjoyed by all.
