The first week back at school has been an exciting and joyful time for Year 4 students during Significant 72! After the holidays, they spent their first week settling in, reconnecting with friends, and building strong relationships within their classrooms.

They enjoyed a range of fun activities that helped them get to know one another better. Students worked together in team challenges, played board games, and shared lots of laughter as they practised cooperation, patience, and kindness. These activities highlighted the importance of supporting one another and working as a team.

A special focus for the week was building positive relationships. Through discussions and reflection, students explored what it means to be respectful, encouraging, and inclusive. They talked about how their words and actions can help others feel valued and safe.

Most importantly, students reflected on how they can let their light shine for Jesus each day. They shared thoughtful ideas about showing God’s love through kindness, helping others, and making good choices both in and out of the classroom.

It has been a wonderful start to the year, and Year 4 is looking forward to learning, growing, and shining brightly together.
