As part of their 2025 legacy, the Year 12 cohort has chosen to leave behind something that will bring joy and connection to students for years to come – a large inflatable movie screen and projector for the College. Their hope is that this gift will be used for future outdoor movie nights, helping students build lasting memories and strengthen friendships across grades and within the wider community.
To celebrate this initiative, the Year 12s hosted a Senior Movie Night in Week 3, inviting students from Years 10-12 to join in. Around 70 students came together under the stars to enjoy the animated classic RIO – a nostalgic choice that brought back childhood memories for many, especially the graduating class.
The event was filled with laughter, popcorn, and a great sense of community, perfectly reflecting the Year 12s’ heart for connection and fun. Their thoughtful legacy represents who they are as a cohort – one that values shared experiences, friendship, service, and encouragement.
Long after they’ve graduated, their generous contribution will continue to bless future students and serve as a reminder of the importance of coming together and celebrating life’s moments as a community.
