Year 10 Hospitality students completed a cooking class with Vicki from Red Hot Chilli Pepper cooking school in our senior kitchen. The students made a Cape Malay Vegetable Curry, which was a mixture of Indian and African cuisine. The students also learnt how to blend their own spices and used them in the dishes. This gave the students a taste of multicultural cooking, which leads them to this unit- Taste of The World.
