We have certainly been ready to discover together in our outdoor learning space. There are so many great activities for us to participate in and learn from. This term, we have a vet clinic, an ice cream shop and Post Office, where the students are role-playing very effectively!

We have stations for box construction, moving to music with scarves or flags, creating nature patterns with natural collections, block construction, treasure hunting with map-making and a camping ground, complete with a campfire.

As always, we not only want to foster concept development but invite creative play, resilience, collaboration, self-management as highly prized ‘soft skills’.  Thanks to our awesome Year 1 and 2 teaching teams for the wonderful collaboration we enjoy, to have these activities available for our precious students.
