A big thankyou to all the Year 12 Hospitality students as they worked hard for weeks, to showcase their expertise in a three-course meal. This was their last practical assessment and they now understand the value of teamwork, time management and cooking skills necessary in running a Hospitality business. The guests were very impressed with the level of service and how important it made them feel for their voluntary hours in the school.
