Bryce Sambrook, Thomas Bound, Conner Knapp and Joshua McKellar from Year 7 recently attended the Volleyball Queensland Future Stars Camp at the Gap State High School. The boys were invited to participate following the Junior Schools Volleyball Cup or via the VQ Queensland Academy of Sport on the Sunshine Coast. The camp comprised of six sessions across the weekend where coaches took athletes through skills, drills and game situations followed up with games at the end of the weekend. The boys also attended an information session on general athlete well-being and recovery. A fantastic opportunity for the boys to be part of!
