Year 10 Multicultural Luncheon
Year 10 selected a two-course meal for the multicultural luncheon which was an assessment task. They selected a country and then researched suitable foods that would link to the culture. They were excited to have their guests at their table to taste and evaluate their cooking.
The students completed the assignment with flying colours as all the meals went out on time and guests gave good feedback.
Year 9 Food Technology
Year 9 Food Technology students worked hard on their assessment task which was a High Fibre Breakfast. They enjoyed the challenge in selecting suitable ingredients to test out their recipes. Good teamwork was demonstrated and a good selection of meals.
