Congratulations to Year 6 student Isabella Buckland who made it into the top five in her year level division of the Telling Stories Competition. The competition is organised by Mooloolaba Rotary in partnership with the University of the Sunshine Coast and Voices on the Coast to encourage students across Years 4-9 to grow their creativity and writing skills.

Isabella wrote an entertaining story titled ‘I Should Have Been More Careful’ which told the tale of a catastrophic sausage sizzle. Isabella attended the official awards ceremony this week where she was presented with a certificate of commendation. Well done Isabella!
