With the 2032 Olympics only seven years away, now is the perfect time to join Little Athletics.

Registrations are now open for the 2025/2026 season at Glasshouse District Little Athletics, which meets at Skippy Park on Friday nights from September to March.

With a large range of events every week, athletes get to try everything, including long jump, high jump, sprint races, longer distance races, discus, hurdles, shotput, and much more!

It is a fun and friendly club, and they would love to see new families join this year. The club can accept Play On (Fair Play) vouchers and new kids can do a trial night before registering.

The first night is September 5. New families can arrive at 5pm to speak with committee members.

There is also a fun “come and try day” on Saturday, August 30 from 3-5 pm, at Skippy Park, where there will be Sign On information and a colour run (wear white shirts), so invite your friends to come and try athletics.
