Thirty different sporting teams split over seven sports made up of 280 GCC students from Years 4 -6 were sent to eight different sporting venues and travelled on eight different buses driving to various sporting venues. What an exciting way to start the school day! 

Teams travelled as far north as Yandina Cricket Club while others played closer to home at Caloundra Lighthouse Rugby Union Club. 

Throughout the day most teams played between 5-8 games against other colleges that participated in the SCISSA program. Schools such as Sunshine Coast Grammar School, Matthew Flinders Anglican College, Good Shepherd College, Nambour Christian College, Pacific Lutheran College, Immanuel Lutheran College and Suncoast Christian College. 

Students played so well, encouraged each other and had massive smiles painted on their faces all day.
