The Dental Van is currently at BEERWAH PRIMARY SCHOOL offering FREE dental care to students from Glasshouse Christian College.

If you would like your children to utilise this service, you can either access the forms through the link below or request a paper copy from the school administration staff, complete in full and return by 11 March.

Once forms are returned, the dental staff will contact you to organise an appointment for your children. Appointments will be at the dental van on-site at BEERWAH PRIMARY SCHOOL. 

Oral health staff are observing COVID19 safe protocols for visitors, screening patients before entry and requesting only one parent/guardian attend the appointment. You will be asked to sign in, wear a mask and limit the number of siblings present, particularly if they are not receiving treatment. If you or your child feels unwell or have recently travelled overseas or interstate, we ask that you phone dental staff prior to the appointment.
