On Friday 29 April, Glasshouse Christian College Primary School put up an amazing effort running in our annual Year 3 – 6 Cross Country. Students aged 8 years ran 1.5kms, ages 9 and 10 ran 2kms and ages 11 and up ran a massive 3kms around the all-terrain course.

Initially, the event was postponed due to poor weather conditions and the forecast for the backup Friday event didn’t look to be any better. The morning of the race, however told a different story. We were blessed with the first sunny morning of the week which kicked off an amazing day of running.

Students did a fantastic job of showing support for their sports houses by wearing their house colours, cheering runners on and by great participation.
