Hello College families!
What a great start to Term 3 with the fantastic Athletics Day events. We were very pleased to see 
the DeLorean Mobile Coffee (DMC) group of students running the coffee van purchased by P and F last year. Overall, they did a great job with lots of positive feedback. Many thanks to everyone for supporting their fund-raising venture and your patience whilst they learn the ins and outs of setting up and running a small business.We are happy to announce that a new two-headed coffee machine is being acquired to replace the previous one. This will enable coffees to be made more quickly and easily.
You will have received information regarding the P and F chocolate drive which is our main fund-raiser this year. We appreciate your support in helping to raise funds to put towards additional resources and facilities for our children (look out for a new rope wedge climbing net to be erected on the oval!). The chocolate boxes will be delivered to the eldest child on Monday 31 July – further information regarding return and prizes will be provided by email.
Fathers’ Day Stall is coming up on Thursday 31 August. We would be very grateful for any new items you may have to donate for the stall, please drop them into the Main Admin or email the P and F. Helpers for the day are always greatly appreciated if you could please email your details to the P and F.
Trivia Night is booked in for Saturday 2 September so keep an eye out for further details to be involved in a fun night with plenty of laughs!
Come along to our next meeting (Tuesday 1 August 7pm in the College library boardroom) to see what Parents and Friends organise and are planning next. It is always lots of fun (with tempting treats) and there is no pressure, everything is purely on a volunteer basis.
