Hi Everyone

For those who came along to our Trivia Night last Saturday, I am sure you would agree it was a great night. Some fun banter back and forth between tables, lots of laughs.

The final scores were really close, but the winner was the Purple table, receiving the $250 grand prize. Second was the Rainbow table, and last was the Blue table, who received a packet of “smarties” each to make them “smarter” for the next Trivia night. The Rainbow team also won the best decorated/dressed table, well done to everyone.

Thank you to all those who came along and supported the P and F and to those who helped. Miss Strawberry’s baby sitting service was definitely appreciated to allow the whole family to have an outing.

Of course the night wouldn’t happen if it wasn’t for our resident Trivia guru, Mark Westaway who was kind enough to put the questions together for the night, and along with Alaina Westaway, they both hosted the night for us. Marks renditions of a very long song list, also contributed to an entertaining night, a man of many talents. Thank you Mark and Alaina.

I would also like to mention that the Purple team were very generous, and donated their prize money back to the P and F. Thank you to all the purple team members. I have heard a rumor that some Rainbow team members are doing the same. Again, thank you.
We hope to continue this as an annual event.

Primary Disco
First Disco for the year will be Friday 27 March. An email was sent out this week with all the details. A reminder that RSVP to place order for food and drinks is Tuesday 24th March. We have our regular DJ Wayne, better known as DJ Kingy who puts on a great night. Hope to see lots of students come along.

Sibling Photos
What a great response we had to Sibling Photos. The time slots filled up very quickly, I appoligise to anyone who may have missed out. We opened up extra days and even some afternoons to cater for as many families as possible. Paul Briton, who is a grandad at our College, has volunteered his time for the photos, and doing the disc for families. He lives in NSW so his time is restricted, but we are very thankful to him for providing this service for us. Thanks to Kelly Yeo for helping to coordinate everything.

The next P and F meeting is Wednesday 22 April at 7 pm in library. Everyone is welcome.
