Being a great leader is all about having a genuine willingness and a true commitment to guide culture, make a difference and lead others to achieve a common goal by being a positive influence. No leader can ever achieve anything great or long-lasting all alone and so teamwork is very important and goes hand in hand with leadership.
The Primary theme this year of ‘Living a generous life’ will guide the direction of the Primary leaders this year as they model culture and care for many young people who look up to them by way of service to others, giving of their time and through their actions and their words.
Our College GREAT values will underpin the clear vision of the Primary Leadership team to know the way, go the way and help others by showing the way.

Servant leadership is a concept Jesus displayed better than anyone and He gives us many insights into how God would have us lead.
The hope of my heart for this elected group is that their year will be God guided, rich in experiences, worthwhile and rewarding and filled with fun and lasting friendship as they make a difference and bless others by being a blessing.
