Naarah Harvey in 5M joined the Great Cycle Challenge to help raise funds for children fighting cancer. Originally Naarah’s goal was to ride 100km and raise $500 but she smashed through that ceiling by riding 150.4km and raising $1,428.55!
At the beginning of the year Naarah and her classmates had an opportunity to go mountain biking. Naarah really enjoyed this excursion and decided she wanted to ride more often. Naarah’s father saw this upcoming opportunity to ride for kids cancer and challenged Naarah to ride 100km. The rest, as they say, is history. Naarah smashed all her targets, set new ones and then smashed them again!
