What a great challenge! Year 12’s final cooking lesson competing with the staff. Each student planned their own recipe including a selected list of ingredients and worked with a staff member to plate-up four serves in 80 minutes. Judges came in and critiqued the dishes, just like Masterchef. This was a great opportunity to showcase our new industrial kitchen. Well done Masterclass of 2020!
