The Year 6 students in 6G enjoyed a fantastic day out around the coast as their reward for their win in the 2020 Lapathon.

The day began with a walk around the beautiful Point Cartwright and morning tea in the park. Some students had never been here so it was great for them to experience this beautiful part of the coast.

Everyone really enjoyed the one hour of fun and action at the Bli Bli Aqua Fun Park. Lots of tag was played and many battles were held to keep the top position on the mats or obstacles. Tired bodies swam ashore and boarded the bus for Cotton Tree Park. Pizzas arrived from nowhere just as the students arrived (thanks to Josh’s organising skills!). The pizzas were demolished by the hungry students who enjoyed the park before busing it back to the College.

This was a fun day out for everyone and a well deserved reward to the Champion Lapathon class.
