Kitchen Garden has had another fun fortnight.
We harvested our potatoes and made yummy potato pizzas. The children loved the harvesting and the eating of the pizza.
We have had so many beautiful plump blueberries that everyone has had fun picking and eating.
Our gardens have had most things taken out now and new soil and mulch put in ready for the summer holidays.
Our scarecrows look great but they are not keeping the birds away. At least we all had fun making them.
To make our delicious potato pizza, slice potatoes into 1/2cm slices. Cook in boiling water for about 10-15 minutes. Let them cool and place on a baking tray then top with pizza sauce, ham and cheese. Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for about 10-15 minutes.
