We have been harvesting our carrots and they are beautiful! We have an abundance of tomatoes and onions and our zucchinis are still growing, along with our squash and celery.
The children have been enjoying making coleslaw chicken wraps using our beautiful cabbage and kale. These are great for easy dinners or school lunch boxes.
Coleslaw chicken wraps
1/2 a cabbage finely chopped
Kale finely chopped
2 carrots grated
Spring onion finely chopped
4 tbs Mayonnaise
250gms cooked chicken mince
Mix all together in a bowl and place on wraps. Roll up wraps and cut in half.
