We have had several students selected into Glasshouse District teams this year and there are more opportunities to trial for a few different sports in the next few weeks.

Two boys rugby league teams will be selected, one 12-year-old team and one 10 and 11-year-old team. There are two trial days, one being in Beerwah on 10 March and the second in Kilcoy on 11 March. This is a great opportunity for students who play rugby league or rugby union in the club situation or for other talented students.

Trials for the 10 – 12 years Glasshouse District Football (soccer) team will be held at St Michael’s College on Wednesday 11 March and Friday 13 March. All trials start at 3:30pm and parents are responsible for transport to and from the trials.

Netball Trials (5 and 6 March) and Hockey trials are also available at present.

These teams provide a great opportunity for students who are selected to compete with other talented players in a two-day regional competition against teams from other Sunshine Coast districts.
