Year 10 Hospitality cooking lesson with Thai chef



The Year 10 Hospitality students had a wonderful morning working with a Thai chef at Fresh Ingredients restaurant, Noosaville. They cooked two meals, working with authentic ingredients and methods, producing restaurant standard food. It opened the students’ eyes to what is involved in food preparation and different cultural foods. They all enjoyed their meal after the cooking.
