French Cafe Excursion

We had a wonderful visit to Le Relais Bressan in Flaxton. The students ordered their afternoon tea in French as well as bought some delicious homemade chocolates made on site. They were very impressed with the 2kg Rooster made entirely of chocolate.
The Gallic rooster (French: le coq gaulois) is an unofficial national symbol of France as a nation, as opposed to Marianne representing France as a State, and its values: the Republic.
