The Caloundra Oral Health Service is offering free dental care to eligible students over the
December/January school holidays.

Prep to Year 10 – all are eligible

Year 11 & 12 students who are eligible for the Child Dental Benefits Scheme or who
have a health care card

4 years old or younger who are eligible for the Child Dental Benefits Scheme or who
have a health care card

unable to take your call.
