We would like to extend our heartfelt congratulations to Sophie Doyle and Ethan Doyle for their outstanding performances at the Regional Cross Country Championships held at the Noosa Track on Tuesday, 2 June.

Sophie delivered a remarkable run to claim 1st place in the 14 Years Girls event, while Ethan produced an outstanding performance to finish 3rd in the 12 Years Boys event. These exceptional results have earned both athletes qualification for the Queensland State Cross Country Championships.

The dedication, commitment, and perseverance that Sophie and Ethan demonstrate in both long-distance running and athletics are truly inspiring. Their willingness to train consistently, set high standards, and continually strive for improvement has been rewarded with this well-deserved success.

Representing the College at a State Championship is a significant achievement and reflects not only their talent but also the hard work they have invested throughout the year. We are incredibly proud of their accomplishments and the positive example they set for other students.

We wish Sophie and Ethan every success as they prepare for the Queensland State Championships and look forward to following their progress. Congratulations once again on this fantastic achievement, and best of luck at State!
