Chess Club continues to thrive at Glasshouse Christian College! More than 70 students have come along so far this year to just have a go, learn to play or join our in-house competition. In our assembly this week we were able to celebrate the Year 3-6 students who represented the College at the Sunshine Coast Interschool Age Championship and those students who experienced great success at our Wednesday lunchtime competition. 

Our Glasshouse Christian College Chess Club winners for Term 2 are:

Novice Division (Year 3/4) Gold: Cooper Beavan    
Silver: Bryce Stout
Bronze: Emillie Pearce

Congratulations to these students and all the budding chess players who came to Chess Club in Term 2 and we look forward to welcoming new players this term!
