Note: The following programs are open to all ages and abilities. You do not have to be part of a Cheersport Australia program to attend.
Jumps, Turns, Leaps and Stretch Class
This session focuses on the technique, flexibility and core strength required to perform advanced leaps, kicks, turns and jumps for both dance and cheer routines. This class has a strong focus on all over body flexibility.
Non-Competitive Recreational Program: This program is designed for athletes wishing to learn the basics of stunting, tumbling, jumps and dance, as well as build fitness and strength. This class is open to athletes of all ages and is a non-competitive program for those who want to enjoy the camaraderie and fun involved within Cheersport Australia.
Cardio2Core (C2C) Fitness: With a strong focus on abs, arms and glutes, this session is all about high cardio and lifting your own body weight. This session ends with a great 15 minute super stretch.
Tumbling: Our tumbling programs offer qualified tumbling coaches in Levels 1, 2, 3 and 4. From forward rolls and cartwheels to layouts and twisting skills, Cheersport Australia has the coach for your specific tumbling needs and goals.
Group and Private Programs: All of Cheersport Australia’s programs are available in both a group or private structure. If you are interested in organising private fitness, tumbling, flexibility or dance programs, please do not hesitate to contact the Studio. We will endeavour to accommodate your every need.
