Celebrations, a farewell and new beginnings

We have had a wonderful time of celebration over the last two weeks with the Year 3 Strings concert, the Primary Awards Presentations, the Year 6 Graduation and the Year 5 Band performance. Our students in the Primary School are exceptional in so many ways and we have had the opportunity to be blessed by their gifts and talents over the year and especially this term.

I wish all of our very special Prep students and their families a happy holiday and a blessed Christmas season.

ORIENTATION – FRIDAY 27 NOVEMBER

The purpose of Orientation is to assist students make a smooth transition into the next year of school. On Orientation Day students will move to their classroom for 2021 where the teacher for next year will be there to greet them. Students will hear about some of the interesting and exciting things they can look forward to for the following year and they will spend the morning together completing some fun activities. This is an enjoyable day which is often met with excitement, the opportunity to meet and make new friends and a time of reassurance as children feel confident and settled about the start of the new school year.

To assist with your planning for next year, here is some important information you may need to ensure a smooth beginning to the 2021 school year.

In 2021, all stationery items will be provided by the College (included in the College fees) for Prep to Year 6 students. Students in Years 1 to 6 are asked to provide headphones, a pencil case and an old oversized shirt to be used for Art activities.
