What a fantastic term it has been in French. Our classrooms have been buzzing with language, laughter, and the excitement of seeing long-running projects finally come to life. One of the biggest highlights was our Au café role play, followed by a delicious French food tasting that had students discovering new favourites and comparing flavours with great enthusiasm.

There were also wonderful moments of achievement across the school. Younger students brought familiar French stories to life through reading and re-enactment, while older learners created imaginative pet advertisements that showcased creativity and growing confidence. It has been inspiring to see students using their French in playful, expressive, and engaging ways.

Wishing all families a wonderful holiday break, and from a French teacher who still finds the idea of Christmas in summer slightly shocking, please enjoy the sunshine while I pretend it is snowing!
