After the glamour and celebration of the Year 12 Formal on Friday, November 15, the excitement didn’t end there! A bold team of staff members accompanied 66 of our Year 12 graduates on the much-anticipated 2024 Mystery Bus Tour—an all-night adventure packed with fun, surprises, and unforgettable memories.
This event, now in its 8th year, continues to be a highlight of the school calendar, offering students a positive and thrilling post-formal experience. The College’s commitment to supporting this optional event speaks volumes about the value we place on our students. It’s a privilege to be part of a school that invests so generously in this tradition.
With an incredible $3,500–$4,000 in prizes donated by our community, the night was a resounding success. Students walked away with gift cards, gift certificates, discount vouchers and goodies, thanks to the generous contributions of local businesses, College families, and individuals.
The Night’s Highlights:
- Kicking off the fun at Urban Xtreme with trampolining, parkour, and ninja warrior courses.
- Hours of entertainment at Strike Bowling in the Queen Street Mall, featuring bowling, karaoke, pool tables, pizza, mini-golf, and laser tag.
- Wrapping up the night (or early morning!) with a breathtaking sunrise photo opportunity at Mt Coot-tha.
A Community Effort:
This night was made possible by the generosity of local businesses, College families, and individual supporters. A heartfelt thank you to everyone who contributed prizes, donations, and time to create a memorable send-off for our graduates. Your efforts truly blessed the students and gave them a night they’ll never forget!
